Saturn is on its kneed proposing with all its ten thousand rings

A very good ride today, that helped me pass the 700 miles mark! Also, I did the longest ride since I bought my bike. This is my second 20+ miles that I have done, and I am feeling very good. High five and cold beer (or hot chocolate) all around!
So, I woke up this morning with the desire to go to Medway, MA which is the town right after Holliston, MA. Medway Public Library is having a book sale this Saturday (and we all know how much I love those), so I decided to visit the town to see how far it was. Like in most cases, I never reach my desired destination, and instead I settled for Holliston, which I have never biked before, so it was all not lost. I can always go to Medway another day, and its actually better that I got to know Holliston since it is before Medway.
In analyzing the topography on top of this post, I had to go via Sherborn, MA. The [S] is for Sherborn, and that nasty hill kills me every time, but I managed to climbed it. I noticed that a group of women prisoners were cleaning the sides of the road (Sherborn is obsesses with their anti-littering law -- 300$ fine). I applauded their efforts since I like the see the roads clean, and I wish Framingham, MA would do the same. Anyways, I went via Sherborn and took route 16 to Holliston. I have been there before with mom and it is a very beautiful New England town. Holliston is very picturesque and quaint. It took me around 6.7 miles to get to downtown Holliston and then I returned back home. I got home after doing 14.33 miles (1hr 29 mins, 9.8 mph), and then biked the small loop until reaching 21 miles. I am very happy that I went there, and I can't wait to discovered more towns here in Massachusetts. Click here for more pictures of Holliston.
